I actually like the bag....would love it if it actually zipped. The zipper is defective or something.......it sometimes zips and other times it doesn't. I would like to exchange it, but,unfortunately I can only get a refund. I purchased this for my son since the price was awesome and he needed a laptop bag, but oh well, I guess I will be on the hunt again.
