I bought this as to replace my targus truss case. This is a nice thinner case for those looking not to add alot of bulk. Very sturdy case and leaves access to all port and cameras. I like this better than my truss case mainly because I don't have to worry about a strap to keep it closed and the holders to keep the tablet in the case don't get in the way of the camera. I highly recommend this case for the Acer iconia a500.
