I was using it for a week and things for fine except for the shoulder padding being way to thin and as i was walking to class the clasp of the shoulder strap broke and my bag along with my laptop kindle and iPhone all went smashing to the ground. needless to say this bag cannot hold the weight of the product that it was built for.
