Nice case at a good price. I belong to Amazon Prime, so I cannot comment about the shipping charges, but I am very happy with the quality of this case, and it was shipped quickly. The case is a little stiffer than the Mare-Ware case I have for one of my other macbooks, but it also protects better. Some people have commented that this case is not as snug, but I think that is a factor of the stiffness of the case, caused by the extra padding. When you put the laptop in, it seems like there is wiggle room for it, but after the zippers are closed, the case feels very snug to me.

The case has a very nice zipper liner which will protect the edges of your laptop if you take the time to make sure its in place while you zip up the case. Its like the flap on a wet-suit that keeps water from coming into the suit via the zipper. I have a 3rd mackbook case by IN-CASE, which used to be my favorite as it has an external pocket for the mouse, and it is more plush inside than than this case, but it (the InCase case) also has some very soft edges on the outside that have gotten torn by the zipper on my backpack. My In-Case case looks beat-up after a year, while this case looks brand new after 6 months. I don't plant to buy an other macbook very soon, but if I do, I will be looking for an other one of these cases for it.
