It holds my laptop [in its sleeve], the power cord, the wrist rest, academic planner, a medium-size binder, an umbrella,a small book, water bottle, my makeup case, my pencil case, my phone, iPod, my inhaler, and keys. And they're still two pockets that I haven't used.
Plus, with all of that stuff it doesn't look bulky. This bag was a perfect replacement for my backpack.
