I've been using a 5-year old, discontinued Timbuk2 laptop backpack that was too heavy even without putting things inside it. Coincidentally, this tote solves the material weight factor, but introduces the new issue of sagging upon added weight. The seams are stretching a bit, and I begin to see the inside color showing through, too. When I carry my laptop, I usually have a 9 x 12 sketchbook, power adapter, empty 16 oz tumbler, and a pair of flats with me. This bag does the job of hauling all of that while I walk 3 miles to work as my morning exercise! I love the lightweight neoprene and the wider handle design, which holds my things together. The frame of its interior could use some reinforced lining of a less stretchable material, though. Overall, it does the job quite fashionably!
