I bought this for my Macbook Pro 13" and it fits my laptop perfectly. However, if you are looking for a sleeve that will provide adequate cushion, this is not the case for you. There is minimal cushion, and as the description says, this sleeve will best protect the laptop from scratches and dusts. The quality of the material is decent; it is soft and so-far, is durable and holding up well. It does not look made of horribly, fake leather or have a smell to it.

The design of the sleeve is very stylish. It has a velcro closing. However, the extra closing (the red string) provides an additional security measure to prevent the laptop from sliding out if the velcro unfastens or especially if you are carrying it in your arms (which I do most times).

Another plus to this design is its opening. Sometimes I put the laptop in my schoolbag (that does not have a laptop compartment), and this sleeve makes it easy for me to quickly take the laptop out and store it without having to pull the sleeve out from my bag and unzip it (and reverse the process when class ends). It does not sound much but it helps a great deal when I only have a 10-minute gap in between classes and the classes are at different ends of the campus.
