I was apprehensive at first about this product being felt. I conjured images of flimsy, thin crafting felt in my mind and feared it would not protect my MacBook Air very well and might look cheap. I was very wrong. The felt is thick and though flexible, more rigid than I expected. It provides good padding for my laptop, which fits snuggly in this sleeve. It is also well constructed. There was an estimate of 3-4 weeks for delivery, but it arrived to New Jersey in just over a week, which made me very happy. The gray wool felt is beautiful and classy looking. The only reason I gave it four instead of five stars is because the felt sheds a bit. After sitting in the sleeve for one day, I had to brush little wool fibers off my laptop and a few off the keys. UPDATE: After using this product for a while, I am absolutely in love with it. I have had no further issues with shedding and I get so many complements on it. Great product.
