This backpack is perfect for my needs. I am an average sized female (about 5' 5") and walk 25 minutes to and from work each day. It holds my Pack-It lunch bag and larger travel iced coffee cup inside, as well as my flats and another small bag of items (with a little room to spare). My 22 oz. LifeFactory water bottle fits in the outer bottle holders and my clutch-sized wallet fits in the front zippered section. I use the middle section to hold a few file folders and winter accessories. The backpack holds just what I need, without giving me too much room to stuff it and make it heavy.

The best part is the should straps, as I have a bad should muscle. The straps fit me in the perfect place on my body, they are nicely padded, and the front clasp that holds the straps together prevents them from slipping.

I also feel good about my purchase because some of the material was made from recycled water bottles. I highly suggest this backpack if your needs are similar to mine.
