I picked this up on a Today's Deal special and I wasn't expecting how much I would like this bag. This is perfect for a 13 inch laptop and has a slick appearance without any large flaps. However, when you open the bag, you'll be surprised to see that it widens out at the bottom which gives much more room to fit things. I'm able to fit a power adapter, 2 external drives, small Belkin surge protector, and my iPhone accessories without any bulges in the bag, as well as a few thin folders from the office. This bag was designed very well and is made of strong heavy material. The only drawback is that the shoulder strap is not detachable, but it is wide and thick and fairly comfortable to wear.

Bought this rucksack for toting my laptop around. Description says it will fit a 15" laptop, but it also fits my 17" macbook pro (mid 2010 model) perfectly! Great if you are looking for something just big enough for your 17" MBP, but not too bulky to be a hassle. Plenty of space for one or two books, charger and other accessories. Sufficient padding all around with lots of compartments. Highly recommended.

Cocoon Union Square Messenger Sling Bag (CMB352BY) Review

Like:
the padded laptop sleeve and slim fit

Dislike:
-the padded laptop sleeve with the zipper facing the ground : accidental unzipping of the protruding zippr pull and may cause the laptop/iPad to slip out UNKNOWINGLY. also make life easier for the pick pocket with the zipper placement e.g. in a crowded situation. So the name Union Square Messenger is an ironic jab at the zipper placement.

-Grid-It is fitted to the outside zipper panel, making it stiff to flip open and access the contents. If I put it in the middle section, it will not fit well with stuff on the Grid-It. Ended up not using the Grid-It.

Most Dislike:
The inner yellow lining of the padded sleeve and the middle section are stained with brown substance that I cannot remove. Hope it is not dried blood.

Overall:
Should have bought it at a store so I can at least screen out the stained ones.

Crumpler The Enthusiast Bag EST001-B00G50 Review

I have tried many camera bags, and the Enthusiast may be the best yet. It's not too large, so it's not for carrying a big kit around, but as a day bag, it's great. Shoulder strap is comfortable and switchable.

What's nicest about the bag, to me, is the division of space. Top half has a nice big compartment for anything. There's a well-padded pouch for an iPad or thin netbook, and then there's the compartment that has nice high sides so things aren't just going to fall out.

The bottom half of the bag is for cameras, and it suits me very well. Seems to be set up with a 1 DSLR/1-2 lenses/1 flash kit in mind, but I carry 2 rangefinders and two lenses, and it's perfect. Two dividers that run the width of the bag for three stacked sections, and a separator to vertically divide one section (the middle one by default). I haven't changed the default setup: top section holds a couple lenses snugly, middle section holds two rangefinders with lenses perfectly, and the bottom section, thinner than the others, acts as a really good empty padding space.

The only knock I have is no good way to carry a tripod, or attach a tripod case. The X straps on the back, maybe, I need to get a case to try and hook it to that.
