I was looking for a neoprene cover for my Nook HD+ that would be similar to the one I had for my Nook Color. My Nook Color cover was soft and pliable but still provided protection and had a glove-like fit. This one appeared to come closest to what I was looking for but missed the mark in a few areas.

Pros:
- Very sturdy and well built (inside and out).
- Zippers (main compartment and exterior pocket) are heavy duty but light weight
- Stitching is tip-notch.
- Exterior pocket is very handy (SD cards, lens cloth, etc.)
- I travel extensively and this cover has performed very well in protecting my Nook HD+ including when someone spilled their glass of water on it.

Cons:
- Size. This cover is 2 inches too long and 1 inch too wide for my Nook HD+. So the device slides around inside the case. May not be a bid deal to some but I was looking for a snug-fitting soft cover. In the manufacturers defense they post the dimensions of the cover in the description. They also say "...features a fitted design for a snug, secure fit..." I knew the measurements of my Nook HD+ and hoped that between the cover dimensions and description the latter would be correct. I was wrong.
- Bulk. The neoprene bubble padding on the inside does a great job of protecting the device. But, that combined with the rest of the cover's padding adds a lot more bulk and stiffness (and a bit more weight) than a simple soft neoprene cover. In fact quite a bit more than I was expecting.

Bottom line: Would I recommend this cover? Yes, if the loose fit and overall size is not an issue. This thing is the M1 tank of neoprene covers and you won't be disappointed. No, (which is where the 3-star rating comes in) if you're looking for a simple soft, light-weight, snug-fitting neoprene cover or if your travels require more closely managing what you pack and how you pack your backpack or brief bag.
