THIS CASE IS NOT FOR THE NEWEST 13" MACBOOK BUT THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT WHEN YOU BUY IT

I purchased this case because it says it will fit a 13" MacBook Aluminum/Unibody - which I recently bought - but what this listing does not tell you is that although the case snaps on, it OBSTRUCTS access to the kensington lock and makes it impossible to plug in your power supply or headphones completely.

When I contacted the company for a return and refund they were EXTREMELY DIFFICULT and though they refunded the purchase price, I had to pay for return shipping and they wouldn't refund my original shipping cost - I lost out on $16 because they made a marketing error (The Speck website offers a disclaimer that this item will not fit, they don't even make a case for 13" Aluminum/Unibodies purchased after 6/8/09!!!!) I also had to argue with them over a 15% restocking fee! I didn't change my mind on this product, I was sold a product mislabeled as appropriate for my computer.

THIS COMPANY IS SELLING A PRODUCT THAT THEY KNOW WILL NOT FIT AND WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE!! BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM DATAVSION!
