How well you like this backpack will depend on what you plan to use it for. This is not made out of heavy duty material that will take lots of "rough and tumble" use on a daily basis. And if you are looking for lots of of different pockets or a zipper closure, forget it. But this backpack is very useful for my wife. Here is why she likes it.

1. The backpack is very lightweight when empty and fits very comfortably. That is important when you use a backpack for bicycle riding since you don't want any extra weight added to the contents, and also want to be able to ride with ease.

2. This is made out of thin but durable nylon, has a few pockets for storage, and open and closes easily. That makes it an ideal travel bag for cosmetics and other items, including an iPad.

3. While I don't think this is large enough, rugged enough, or has enough pockets for students, for bicycle riding and travel it works well.

4. So why only four stars? Because we have lots of different backpacks, and while this is nice, there's nothing really special about it.
