I love this case, its very soft, padded, good quality, and fits my 17.3 inch laptop easily. The velcro flap makes it easy to slip it out of my backpack without having to deal with zippers all the way around the case. If you're not going to be using a backpack or bag, then zippers might be a good idea for extra security. But if you've got a bag, this is so much easier then zippers. I never have to take it out of my backpack. I love this product! I would definitely recommend it.
