I am sure the backpack is great! Unfortunately the backpack I received from this seller, Luggage Pros was a factory second! The right and left straps have different buckles. The left strap works. The buckle on the right strap is the wrong kind and allows the strap to slip free and come lose without warning. I had a $4000 notebook computer in this bag the first time I used the bag and the strap slipped. You can imagine what happened next. I am now trying to return the pack. The seller is making me pay for shipping to return a defective product. This is not right.
