Heys USA EZ Computer Case 21" Carry-On (Black) Review

I travel a lot so I'm always looking for the "perfect" laptop/carry-on case. This one comes close for these reasons:
- it's a nice hard shell, so takes abuse
- the hard shell isn't too heavy, so can be lifted up into the overhead pretty easily
- it rolls down the isle nicely because it is tall verus wide
- easy to get to my laptop with the seperate zippered entry on the top
- case splits in half with a seperate compartment to use as an overnighter or you can use it for your files, laptop accessories and other misc. technology
- great color, not one you see often, so easy to recognize if you check in your baggage.

The reasons it's not perfect:
- it seems to not roll really smoothly. This is my first time having the four wheels, so maybe they are all that way but others sure look like they roll smoother than this one. I end up pulling it the same way as my previous 2-wheeled cases
- if you use the other half of the case for laptop accessories, it's hard to reach them without opening the entire case. However, there is a zippered mesh seperator inside between the 2 sides. What I did was put a narrow, long tote bag right up against the mesh, putting items in it I knew I would need easy access to. Then I could reach through the laptop opening, and then the mesh to the tote and grab what I needed. Not perfect but it seemed to work. You would need to decide how much you access the items in the other side.

All-in-all, I decided to keep it. I also bought a different Heys computer case with similar shell but more standard shaped with accordion seperation inside. I still use this case but not as often as I thought I would. I tend to use the other one more often.
